Your personal data corresponds only to you and Detalles is responsible for not revealing any kind of information that belongs to you (such as email, IP numbers, photographs), except with your express authorization or forces of a legal nature that involve you, such as hacking or impersonation.

Because we fulfill physical gifts and deliveries, we collect information about both you (the buyer) and your recipient:
 

  • A: Buyer Information: Name, billing address, shipping address, payment details (credit card numbers, payment processor accounts), email address, and phone number.

  • B: Recipient Information: Name, delivery address, phone number (used solely for delivery coordination), and custom gift message content.

  • C: Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, time zone, cookies, and how you interact with our Site.

  • D: You may request photographs of your recipient upon delivery of the gifts, these will only be taken / used publicly with their explicit permission, including to (you) the sender.
     

How We Use Your Information:

We use your information to provide and optimize our services:
 

  • A: Order Fulfillment: Processing payments, arranging local or courier delivery, sending order confirmations, and providing delivery status updates.

  • B: Customer Support: Assisting with order modifications, delivery issues, or special requests.

  • C: Gift Messages: Printing and attaching your custom card messages / photos to orders.

  • D: Marketing (Optional): Sending promotional offers or seasonal reminders if you have explicitly opted in.
     

Data Retention:

 

  • A: When you place an order, we retain your order information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information, subject to tax and accounting retention requirements.

  • B: The photos and messages sent by the buyer to be used on the products, will not be held past delivery of the items

2.Recipient Privacy & Confidentiality

  • A: Gift Messages: We treat card messages / photos as private communications between the buyer and recipient.

  • B: Anonymity: If you request to send an anonymous gift, we will not print your name on the delivery card. However, we may disclose buyer details if required by law or to resolve delivery disputes.


3. Service Refusal

We treat all our customers with respect, and we ask for the same in return, However we reserve the right to refuse service to any client that we feel may be unpleasant or unreasonable, and payment will not be received that commits us to providing a service that we are not comfortable providing for any reason beyond our control.

4. Prices and availability

 

  • All content on our website including services, pricing and availability may be changed without prior warning, however if a service was confirmed by us prior to these changes, your rights are not effected.

  • All photos on our website are real products which have been carefully hand crafted to order, in some cases we will not be able to replicate the exact same products and some presentations / packaging / content may change slightly. In which case you will be informed.
